Fall Introductory Letter

The decision to play for Warren Hockey is something that should be taken seriously. Playing hockey requires a significant financial and time commitment on the part of the player and their family. It also should be noted that, even if you played for Warren in the previous season, there is no guarantee that you will make the same team or any team for the upcoming season.  We recommend that you carefully read all of the material provided during the registration process.

All players must bring in a copy of their 2019 Physical and new players to the program, bring a copy of their Birth Certificate.  Both documents must be submitted to Registrar Sandy Irizarry at the rink before your child takes the ice at tryouts or online to There are additional forms to review and keep for your reference.

The cost for Warren hockey includes: ice time, referee costs, league fees, team equipment and coaches' salaries. The WBLHA makes every effort to keep costs as low as possible. Goalies will receive a 50% discount on Registration fees only.

Please note that the registration fee is non-refundable.   Registration fees are only refunded if your child is not placed on any team.   Any player not offered a roster spot would be given a full refund.

Warren Hockey has adopted the Warren Township High School Athletic Code of Conduct as well as the Warren Academic Standards. All of these standards, organization, and team rules apply to all participants and their families.
